Step by step

- Before it ships, we'll contact you to confirm your address and delivery details.
- The freight carrier calls to schedule a delivery window.
- A liftgate lowers the pallet to the ground. No loading dock needed.
- Inspect the crate before signing. Note and photograph any damage, then tell us right away.
