Before you buy

Will it handle hills and slopes?

Hauling up and down slopes, like a path to a dock or a wooded hillside, is one of the main jobs these wagons do. We're still confirming its rated climbing ability, so tell us about your steepest grade and we'll give you an honest answer before you buy.

Will it fit through my gate or barn door?

The deck is 800 mm (31.5 in) wide. Measure your narrowest gate, door, or trail and send it to us. We'll confirm the overall width and clearance you need before you order.

What should I know when it arrives?

It arrives crated on a pallet, and residential liftgate service is included. Inspect the crate before signing. When you open it, wear work gloves because crate edges and hardware can be sharp. If anything looks wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

What warranty comes with it?

The WorkWagon comes with a 3-year warranty. Contact us anytime to start a claim.

What if I have a question or problem after I buy?

You reach our farm team directly, not a call center. We answer honestly, even when the answer is "this isn't the right fit for you," and we walk you through fixes over the phone when we can.

Know the limits
