The WorkWagon comes with a 3-year warranty against defects under normal use. Here's what that means in plain English.
Covered for 3 years
- Electrical: motor, controller, throttle, wiring, and charger.
- Moving parts: steering, axles, bearings, and brakes.
- Frame and weld defects.
Not covered
- Accidents, drops, and impact damage.
- Loads over 800 kg (1,764 lb).
- Water submersion, or a battery left uncharged in freezing weather.
- Normal wear: tires, brake pads, scratches.
- Unauthorized electrical modifications. (Wooden stake sides are fine.)
How to make a claim
- Email bonzbeachfarm@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the problem.
- Send one or two photos or a short video.
- We ship the part by ground and help you install it by phone.
Returns
Not the right fit? You can return it within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a 100% refund of the product price. Shipping isn't refunded, and you're responsible for safe return freight to our farm in Onaway, Michigan.
